Thessalonians
Portrait of a Church in Mission
A Study of St. Paul’s Letters to the Thessalonians
St. Paul’s two letters to this famous church are a treasure trove of apostolic exhortation and pastoral wisdom. We will seek to draw from them and from other Bible passages practical principles for the Church in mission – principles applicable to our own day and situation.
After a very short time spent laying foundations, St. Paul left this church strong enough to survive for 2,000 years to this very day.
We have a great deal to learn from St. Paul’s priorities and methods. Our goal is to make the Scriptures come alive.
An adult Scripture study to make the Bible come alive!
